What You'll Do

As a Residential HVAC Sales Representative, you'll meet directly with homeowners to understand their comfort needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions that fit their home and budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified customers
• Evaluating existing HVAC systems and homeowner needs
• Presenting solutions and providing accurate proposals
• Guiding customers through the purchasing decision process
• Overcoming objections and helping customers make informed choices
• Following up on proposals and existing opportunities
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Ensuring a seamless experience from sale through installation
• Participating in local sales and networking events when needed

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of successful sales experience
• In-home sales experience required
• Strong closing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and competitive mindset
• Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer schedules
• Comfortable using technology and sales tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle check

HVAC experience is a plus, but not required. If you're a great salesperson, we'll teach you the products and systems.
