What You'll Do

As a Residential Drain Cleaner / Service Plumber, you'll provide homeowners with expert drain cleaning and plumbing solutions. You'll diagnose issues, resolve drain blockages, and deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and resolving residential drain and sewer issues
• Cleaning and clearing clogged drains, sinks, toilets, and sewer lines
• Performing inspections and identifying root causes of backups
• Educating homeowners on repair and maintenance options
• Providing exceptional customer service and professional recommendations
• Maintaining a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Residential Service Plumber and/or Drain Cleaning Technician
• Experience operating drain cleaning equipment and drain machines
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Relevant licenses and certifications preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
